Terms of service
These terms apply to orders placed with Rwk kitchens and joinery Hand Built Unique Kitchens.
Quotes and orders
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• An order is accepted once deposit/payment is received and confirmed.
• If an order is delayed, material pricing and lead times may change.
Bespoke work approval
For custom projects, the customer must approve specifications/drawings/finish selection before build begins. Changes after approval may increase price and extend lead times.
Pricing
All pricing is project based and may vary depending on timber selection, size/complexity finishes, hardware, labour hours, and delivery/installation requirements.
Payments
Payment stages are agreed in writing. Late payment may delay scheduling. Final payment must clear before delivery/installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ownership
All goods remain the property of Right Way Hand Built Unique Kitchens until paid in full.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays outside our control, errors arising from incorrect
customer supplied measurements, structural/site issues preventing installation, or damage after delivery due to misuse or lack of care.
