Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy

Because our work is handmade and often bespoke, return rights depend on whether the item is standard (non custom) or bespoke/made to measure.

Standard / non bespoke items
If an item is not customised and is purchased online, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt (Consumer Contracts Regulations), provided the item is unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke / made to measure items
Custom-built and made to measure items are non returnable unless faulty or misdescribed. This includes items built to customer measurements, specific timber/finish selection, or uniquely designed for a customer’s space.

Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate in line with consumer law.

Deposits
Deposits cover design time, administration, and reserved build capacity. Once work has started,
deposits are normally non refundable. Full terms are confirmed within your quote/invoice.

Custom Orders Policy
We specialise in handmade bespoke kitchens and tailored furniture.

How custom orders work
1) Enquiry submitted (photos/ideas/measurements)
2) Design discussion + material selection
3) Written quote provided
4) Deposit paid to secure a build slot
5) Build begins after approval of specifications
6) Delivery / installation arranged

Lead times
Lead times depend on workshop schedule and project complexity. Lead times are confirmed in writing.

Changes and revisions
Minor changes may be possible before build begins. Once materials are cut and the build has started, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Bespoke Pricing Policy
Every project is a true one off. This means we do not offer “standard” pricing like mass produced furniture.

Prices vary depending on:
• Timber/wood selection (hardwood/softwood/reclaimed/premium grain)
• Project size (overall dimensions and number of units/components)
• Complexity and design detail (joinery, frames, custom features)
• Hardware/materials (hinges, runners, handles, worktops, etc.)
• Finish (oils, stains, lacquers, paint, coatings)
• Build time (labour hours required to build correctly)
• Delivery / installation (where applicable)

No two builds are the same, so no two prices are the same.
Once the design and measurements are agreed, we provide a clear written quote and lead time.

Fixed quote protection
Once your design and materials are agreed, we provide a fixed written quote. Changes after approval may affect price and lead time.
